Easy to talk to, replies to messages quickly, returns calls and answers questions. Explains things and gives ideas on how to improve the house and where to find quality things. We are definitely well looked after by Sasha. Can't thank you enough for your patience and time during second inspection. It was much appreciated by all of us. Jordan Zammit and his team done a amazing job selling our property. From the moment we walked in and sat down with him we knew our house was going to sell. His structure, his marketing, his communication was a plus. He is a hard working real estate agent who obtained the best price for the sale of our home. Selling of a family home after a death in the family is quite difficult, the consultants allocated to me treated me with respect, linked me up to services that I didn't know I had to do or legal avenues I needed to complete. It is always a difficult decision selecting an agent to sell your property and many factors need to be considered, not the least being the price you expect and credibility of the agent. In our case it was the proposal by Jordan and R&W that underpinned our choice. Throughout the campaign communication was constant and our requirements followed. We were a little hesitant to come on board with Sheridan as our previous experience with Property Managers was a negative one.
